According to the arrest report, the arresting officer spotted Marcus Jordan’s blue Lamborghini SUV stuck on some railroad tracks where the tires were halfway buried in the dirt and rocks on the track from having been spun repeatedly.

The officer spoke to him from the passenger side of the vehicle and noticed a strong smell of alcohol coming from inside.

The report states the younger Jordan kept saying he made a wrong turn and needed help getting his SUV off the railroad tracks.

At first, the officer asked Marcus Jordan and the passenger in his vehicle to get out of the SUV since there was danger they could potentially be hit by an oncoming train, but neither listened.

Eventually, the arrested officer had to order them out of the vehicle, according to the arrest report.

Marcus Jordan told the officer he had a few drinks, but claimed he was under the legal driving limit of .08 and agreed to a field sobriety exercise.

The officers also found a bag of white powdery substance, later identified as cocaine, in one of his pockets during a search.

The responding officers arrested Marcus Jordan for driving under the influence. While walking to the vehicle, they said he was pulling away, trying to avoid walking to the patrol vehicle. The arrest report also stated he put his leg into the doorway of the car to stop the door from closing.

According to the report, Marcus Jordan sang in the back of the patrol car all the way to the DUI Center.

The arrest comes just months after Jordan was photographed in France appearing to sniff a white powder during a poolside lunch with girlfriend Ashley Stevenson in August 2024.

Before that, Jordan made headlines with his on-again-off-again relationship with “The Real Housewives of Miami” star Larsa Pippen, the 50-year-old ex-wife of NBA legend Scottie Pippen.

The relationship, which ran from 2022 to 2024, reportedly sparked a renewed feud between the elder Jordan and Pippen, who were teammates on the Chicago Bulls.
