NORAD’s Santa Tracker goes live for the 2024 Christmas holiday Emergency USA

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) – He’s made a list, checked it twice, and he’s headed around the globe!

The North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) has launched their annual NORAD Tracks Santa program, a live feed which follows Santa Claus on his annual journey around the world.

Every year, the tracker goes live on Dec. 24 at midnight, displaying a live feed of where Santa is headed at any given moment. A ticker in the right hand corner of the screen also displays how many gifts he’s given out over the course of Christmas Eve.

By clicking on icons on NORAD’s map, you can also view information about each place Santa visits.

NORAD has been following jolly old St. Nick every year since 1955. Click here to track Santa.

You can also call NORAD at 1-877-HI-NORAD to speak to someone about Santa’s location.
