HERE ON THE PARADE ROUTE, VISITORS ARE NOT JUST ENJOYING SOME OF THE ICONIC RESTAURANTS LIKE CAFE DU MONDE HERE, BUT THE FLOATS AND ALL OF WHAT NEW ORLEANS HAS TO OFFER. I MEAN, GUYS HERE IN NEW ORLEANS, THIS IS JUST A NORMAL MARDI GRAS EXPERIENCE. BUT FOR VISITORS FROM ACROSS THE WORLD, THIS IS A ONCE IN A LIFETIME OPPORTUNITY. THE FOOD, THE PEOPLE, THE CULTURE. LIKE THE PARADE IS EVERY DAY. THAT’S AWESOME. THERE’S NO CITY IN THE WORLD LIKE NEW ORLEANS. IT’S THE FEELING IN THE AIR, READY FOR A SUPER BOWL FOR PEOPLE TO SEE WHAT YOU KNOW. OUR EVERYDAY LIFE IS LIKE. IT’S MAGIC. THE CITY CELEBRATING THE SUPER BOWL. THE ONLY WAY WE KNOW HOW TO DO IT BY PARADING IT DOWN THE STREET, MAKING THIS EVENT THE VERY FIRST NEW ORLEANS SUPER BOWL HOST COMMITTEE PARADE. IT’S THE BEST CITY EVER. MARCHING TO THE BEAT OF THE BIG EASY FROM ONE OF A KIND FLOATS WITH LOCAL AND BIG TIME CELEBRITIES ROLLING DOWN THE ROAD TO THOSE CREWS GETTING TO SHOW OFF WHAT WE’RE MADE OF OUR CITY AND WE LOVE IT. SUPER EXCITED THAT EVERYBODY IS OUT HERE SHOWING SUPPORT FOR THE CITY. IT’S AMAZING TO SEE THE CROWDS LINING THE STREETS, THROWING BEADS WITH LOCALS. WHO DOES IT GO? BEAT THEM SAFE EVERY YEAR. SAINTS IN THE SUPER BOWL IS GOING TO THE SUPER BOWL. WE BELIEVE IN THOSE ALL ACROSS THE COUNTRY AND EVEN THE WORLD HERE FROM ATLANTA. AND I’M JUST TAKING IT ALL IN, YOU KNOW, I’M WITH HIM FROM MINNESOTA. THOUGHT THE LIONS WERE GOING TO BE HERE. WE BOUGHT THE TICKETS MONTHS AGO. BUT THAT’S OKAY. WE’RE STILL HERE. WE’RE CELEBRATING. Lady Gaga sang “Hold My Hand” with a choir behind her.The performance memorialized the 14 people killed and 57 others injured in the New Year’s Day terror attack.
